Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.
Eligible Items
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Skincare and personal care products (including our tallow moisturizers) cannot be returned once opened for hygiene and safety reasons
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return
Non-Eligible Items
- Opened skincare or beauty products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Digital products or downloadable items

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for lost return packages
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Defective or Wrong Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.
